Actionable Personas for a MedTech Startup

Our client was a MedTech startup with an innovative product concept but limited resources for traditional user research.

The challenge

Our client needed rapid and precise insights to validate their idea without direct user interaction. Given the time and budget constraints, traditional user research methods were not feasible.

Therefore, our task was to develop a unique strategy to gather extensive information about the users and the competition effectively. This strategy aimed to provide the client with the necessary insights to define their product and approach the market with confidence.
