While using the Website we do not process User’s personal data, unless Users voluntarily submit such data to us (e.g. by using the contact form, contacting us via social media, signing up to get updates). In case of submitting information by the User we may process personal data such as first name, name, e-mail, company’s name, social media profile, IP address, etc.
We collect and process solely data regarding the User’s visit on the Website, including data stored in the cookies, such as length of the stay on the Website, User’s behavior on the Website etc.
Depending on the content of the personal data submitted by the User such data are processed by us for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) or for maintaining contact and relationships with clients or potential clients based on our legitimate interests as data controller (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
If the User submits his/her e-mail address to sign up to get updates, this affirmative action signifies agreement to sending of the above-mentioned information, which may include commercial information, and we process personal data to send newsletters with latest news concerning Mirumee (legal basis: Article 10 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on provision of services by electronic means in connection with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
We process data regarding the User’s visit on the Website for the marketing and analytical purposes based on our legitimate interests as data controller (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). If the User is contacting us via our social media, we also may process his/her data to answer or respond to this activity and maintain relationships with Users interacting with us (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Additionally we may process User’s data for the purposes of exercising or defending of legal claims (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Data relating to the User’s (Client’s) customers and online shopping services may be processed by us under a separate agreement entered into with the User (Client).

Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our Users’ behavior and their devices (in particular device’s IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Albacross
We inform you regarding the processing of personal data on behalf of Albacross Nordic AB (“Albacross”).
Information collected from cookies set in your device that qualify as personal data will be processed by Albacross, a company offering lead identification and ad targeting services with offices in Stockholm and Krakow. Please see below for full contact details.
The purpose for the processing of the personal data is that it enables Albacross to improve a service rendered to us and our website (e.g “Lead Generation” service), by adding data to their database about companies. The Albacross database will in addition to “Lead Generation” be used for targeted advertising purposes towards companies and for this purpose data will be transferred to third party data service providers. For the purpose of clarity, targeted advertising regards companies, not towards individuals.

General provisions

Using the Website
The Website is for information purposes only. By using the Website, the User may obtain information about Mirumee. Each User is entitled to use the Website for free.
To use the Website, it is not required to register or fill in a form. However, some additional services with regard to Mirumee (e.g. filing in a contact form, registration, posting) may be offered on other websites, which are linked on the Website. By using these websites, the User may expect that some extra data has to be provided or some special requirements may be imposed. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Terms, to find more information about our services on the linked websites, the User shall visit these websites, read and follow the terms of services available on these websites.

For the proper use of the Services and the Website it is required to have a device with an internet connection and internet browser. To achieve a better user experience we recommend enabling JavaScript and opt-in cookies.
Within this Service the User may contact us, in particular for estimating a project. Providing Services by Mirumee starts with providing data via contact form and ends with sending of submitted information to Mirumee.
For using the contact form no additional technical requirements have to be fulfilled, but the User has to submit information about the project and his or her contact data.
Contact form may be used by any User for free.
Any complaint regarding providing Services shall be made at hello@mirumee.com.
In the e-mail concerning a complaint the User shall give as much information as possible about the case, especially describe the malfunction (e.g. date, type and form of malfunction, details of such malfunction), its impacts on the Services and contact details.
We will try to handle any complaint as soon as possible, at least within 14 days from its receipt and contact the User using the previously provided contact data.
We seek to ensure the quality of the Services on the Website, but we cannot guarantee that the Website and the content on the Website will be available uninterrupted and with no breakdowns. If the User will detect an error or a bug on the Website, appropriate information may be submitted at hello@mirumee.com.

Only if the User decides to use some other services related to Mirumee and provided by Mirumee (e.g. customizing, extra code), some additional costs may occur.

Copyrights, intellectual property rights, know-how
All content, graphics, logos, interface, pictures and other materials available on the Website are protected by copyrights or intellectual property rights.
The User is entitled to use the content of the Website for private use and inform other persons about our Website provided that the source of the information (Website address) shall be identified. Any commercial use of the materials on the Website requires prior consent of Mirumee or obtaining a license form Mirumee.
It is forbidden to duplicate, reproduce or modify materials available on the Website, irrespective of the form of these materials (e.g. in paper or digital form).
On the Website we may show examples of Mirumee’s projects, but we always take care to get an appropriate consent from our Clients to use those images. Therefore, the above mentioned restrictions concerning use of the materials on the Website shall also apply to those photos.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Poland. These Terms will not limit any consumer protection rights arising from the applicable mandatory law.
