We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer (mid/senior) to join our Design Team and work daily on a healthcare project.

Your Profile

• +4 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
• A strong portfolio and case studies demonstrating your ability to design products based on business goals and real user needs.
• A deep understanding of design processes and the ability to create UI designs with accompanying style guides.
• Exceptional attention to detail and experience in prototyping and/or creating micro-interactions.
• Experience working in a client-facing environment, with the ability to manage expectations, deadlines, and budgets.
• Ability to leverage AI for prototyping and research synthesis while owning all UX quality and usability decisions.
• Exceptional written and spoken English (C1).
• A team player with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for constant self-improvement.

Responsibilities

• Creating high-fidelity UI/UX designs, user flows, and sustainable design systems/style guides based on business goals.
• Developing prototypes and micro-interactions to quickly test and validate product ideas.
• Directing AI tools with a clear design vision to accelerate research and prototyping, ensuring human intention always drives UX quality.
• Working directly with clients to manage product expectations, timelines, and design deliverables.
• Partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure technical viability and avoid over-engineering.
• Mentoring and supporting other team members while fostering an environment of open feedback and technical excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing and conducting workshops for clients and co-workers.
• Knowledge of UX metrics and analytics tools like Hotjar or Usertesting.
• Technical curiosity: basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS or experience with 3D design.
