We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer passionate about the future of design to contribute to our healthcare project.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.

• A strong portfolio and case studies demonstrating your ability to design products based on business goals and real user needs.

• A deep understanding of design processes and the ability to create UI designs with accompanying style guides.

• Exceptional attention to detail and experience in prototyping and/or creating animations.

• Experience working in a client-facing environment, with the ability to manage expectations, deadlines, and budgets.

• Ability to leverage AI for prototyping and research synthesis while owning all UX quality and usability decisions.

• Exceptional written and spoken English (C1).

• A team player with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for constant self-improvement.

Responsibilities

• Designing and conducting collaborative product discovery workshops for global clients and internal teams.

• Creating high-fidelity UI/UX designs, user flows, and sustainable design systems/style guides based on business goals.

• Developing prototypes and micro-animations to quickly test and validate product ideas.

• Leveraging AI tools for research synthesis and rapid prototyping while retaining full human ownership over UX quality and usability.

• Analyzing user behavior via analytics tools (like Hotjar or Usertesting) and mapping out clean event structures.

• Working directly with clients to manage product expectations, timelines, and design deliverables.

• Partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure technical viability and avoid over-engineering.

• Mentoring and supporting other team members while fostering an environment of open feedback and technical excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing and conducting workshops for clients and co-workers.

• Familiarity with No-Code apps (e.g., Webflow, Framer).

• Knowledge of UX metrics and analytics tools like Hotjar or Usertesting.

• Technical curiosity: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS or experience with 3D design.
